PROGRAM NOTE

"Love is such a warm feeling often accentuated by the cold lack of love surrounding it." 

This piece recounts the story of two lovers surrounded by nothing but the sharp cold of the night around them very quickly enveloped by a warm overpowering feeling of love. Almost as quickly as this warmth came, it faded leaving one of them with nothing but the same cold feeling of the night they began with.
